Not everything is coaching

Different projects for different needs.

Vibrant Woman and Healthy Diabetes are wellbeing-focused. Habit Tracking is a practical journal tool. Poetry is creative. The Home & Garden and Brand New Home projects are about reflection, place and memory.

No pressure

You do not have to choose before you contact Jill.

Tell Jill what you want more of, less of, or help thinking through. She can explain which project is most relevant without turning the first conversation into a sales pitch.

No pressure. Let’s just have a chat.

Which project feels like you?

If one stands out — or if none of them quite does yet — contact Jill and start with a conversation.

The Vibrant Woman Project
90-day wellbeing coaching

More energy. More confidence. More you.

The Vibrant Woman Project is Jill’s 90-day wellness coaching experience. The original programme is built around weekly private coaching sessions that can be delivered online via Zoom, with a new wellbeing module each week plus workbooks and supporting resources.

This may be for you if:

  • You feel exhausted or overwhelmed
  • You are tired of restrictive or fad approaches
  • You want to make your wellbeing a priority
  • You want a clear structure rather than trying everything at once
  • You want private guidance and accountability
  • You want healthier routines you can actually live with

How it works

  • 90-day coaching experience
  • Weekly private sessions
  • Online Zoom delivery available
  • Weekly holistic wellbeing modules
  • Workbooks and resources
  • Ongoing guidance from Jill
  • Original programme states lifetime access to materials
Website wording

The original programme presentation includes strong weight-loss and health-outcome claims. This website presents the programme as wellbeing coaching and does not promise guaranteed weight loss or medical outcomes.

Inside the Project
Habit Tracking Sticker Project
Your habits — your choice

Make your everyday patterns visible.

Jill’s journal uses stickers to turn daily choices into something visual. Decide what you want each sticker to mean and place one whenever that action happens.

Things you might track

  • Go for a walk
  • Meditate
  • Call a friend
  • Read
  • Drink more water
  • Go out for coffee or lunch
  • Do something kind
  • Reduce doomscrolling

Make the stickers personal

Jill’s own examples include a dog sticker for a dog walk, a blue sticker for a glass of water, or a star for a kindness done. The point is to make the system meaningful to you.

Inside the Project
Creative & Poetry Project
Creativity without pressure

Find something you can get lost in.

Jill has been a poet all her life. This project is about giving creativity a place in ordinary life: not because it must become productive, but because making, writing and reading can help us reconnect with ourselves.

Ways to take part

  • Write a poem
  • Read poetry
  • Keep a creative journal
  • Draw or sketch
  • Sew
  • Knit
  • Crochet
  • Use prompts when you feel stuck
Healthy Diabetes Project
Lifestyle support

Support for the routines between appointments.

This project focuses on motivation, everyday routines and reflection while living with diabetes. It is designed to complement professional healthcare rather than replace it.

Areas it can support

  • Consistent daily routines
  • Realistic personal goals
  • Motivation over time
  • Reflection on patterns and obstacles
  • Lifestyle choices at your own pace
  • Non-clinical accountability
  • Preparing questions for your healthcare team
  • Recognising progress without perfection
Important

Medication, glucose targets, diagnosis, monitoring and treatment decisions should remain with qualified healthcare professionals.

365 Questions — A Year of Your Favourite Place
Home & Garden Journal

Five minutes a day. One year of your home.

Jill’s journal introduces a 365-question concept: one small reflection each day about the home and garden you love. Over time those answers become a personal diary of place, people and seasons.

What the year covers

  • January — Garden: Seeds of Reflection
  • February — House: Home Sweet Home
  • March — Garden: Spring Awakening
  • April — House: Spring Clean Your Mind
  • May — Garden: Flourish and Thrive
  • June — House: Living in Harmony
  • July — Garden: Harvesting Joy
  • August — House: Creating Your Sanctuary
  • September — Garden: Autumn’s Bounty
  • October — House: Home for the Holidays
  • November — Garden: Winter’s Rest
  • December — House: Season of Gratitude

Examples of daily reflection

The journal asks about things such as winter gardens, bird feeders, gardening plans, houseplants, favourite colours in the garden, seeds, vegetables, weather, lessons from the previous year and what you are looking forward to next.

Inside the Journal
The Brand New Home Journal Project
A history of your home

Start the story from the beginning.

This journal is designed to capture a new home as it becomes part of your life: who moved in, why you chose it, the area around it, what changes and what you remember years later.

What to record

  • Who is moving into the home
  • Whether it is your first home together
  • Why you chose the house
  • Where you lived before
  • Why you chose the area
  • Children and family details
  • Pets
  • Your first impressions
  • The garden and surrounding area
  • Photographs and changes

Milestones

  • One month in
  • Three months in
  • Six months later
  • Two years later
  • Five years later
  • Ten years later
  • Moving on and preserving the memories
