To feel happier?
Make more room for the people, routines and moments that genuinely lift you.
Maybe you want to feel more vibrant. Build better habits. Feel creative again. Enjoy your home more. Or simply feel a little more like yourself. Jill Wright Projects brings those ideas together in one warm, practical place.
I’m here to be your cheerleader — and I’d love you to join me in one or more of my projects.
Meet JillThe original Jill Wright Projects site asked a very simple question: “What do you need?” This new version keeps that idea, but makes it easier to find the project that matches it.
Make more room for the people, routines and moments that genuinely lift you.
Reconnect with writing, poetry, sewing, knitting, drawing, crochet or whatever you get lost in.
Bring more energy, self-care, connection and enjoyable movement into your everyday life.
Slow things down, notice what you need and begin making choices that feel more like you.
See what you actually do with your time, reduce the habits that drain you and build better ones.
Record your memories, appreciate your surroundings and create a story of your favourite place.
Give yourself something to look forward to — a poem, a page, an idea or a creative ritual.
Use supportive routines and reflection alongside your existing professional healthcare.
“I’m a nurse of 30 years, a life coach of 3 years and a poet all my life.”
Jill Wright Projects is where those different parts of Jill’s life come together: wellbeing, encouragement, creativity, reflection and the everyday things that make a life feel personal.
Whether you want support with your routines, a fresh way to track habits, a creative prompt, or a journal that captures the story of your home and garden, the aim is the same: make positive change feel human, achievable and yours.
You do not need to fit yourself into one box. Start with the area that resonates with you today.
For women wanting more energy, more joy, stronger routines and time that feels like their own again.

The old site asked: do you want more energy, carved-out time for yourself, better health, more connection, more joy or simply to feel better? The Vibrant Woman Project brings those goals together through private coaching, reflection and realistic lifestyle changes.
These projects turn ordinary details into a record you can look back on — the people, rooms, garden, seasons, memories and changes that make a place yours.
Take five minutes at the end of each day to answer one question about the place you love. Over time, those answers become a personal diary of your home and garden.
Begin on moving day and build a history of the house: why you chose it, who lives there, the surrounding area, your first changes, and the life that follows.
The Habit Tracking Sticker Project is intentionally simple. Decide what you want to do more of, what you want to do less of, then use stickers to make your patterns visible.
Make the stickers mean something to you — a walk, a glass of water, a call to a friend, a kindness done.
Jill’s diabetes project focuses on lifestyle habits, motivation, reflection and self-management support. It is designed to sit alongside — not replace — advice, monitoring or treatment from your doctor or diabetes team.
Ask Jill About This ProjectCreativity does not have to be productive or impressive. Sometimes it is enough to have fun, feel inspired and make something because it brings you back to yourself. Jill’s original site invited visitors to sew, knit, crochet, draw, write — or simply log on and read a poem each week.
